Third Party Certification
The TSA staged assessment process will enable the contractor to ascertain their accreditation status. TSA can assist the contractor in formulating a plan towards best practice and third party certification. Third party certification is issued by authourised organisations independent of TSA.
The path to continuous improvement requires:
- Consulting and mentoring
- Training
- Implementation
- Ongoing assessment
The purpose of the TSA process is to provide guidance to contractors, employers and persons in control on how to meet compliance with the relevant standards. The QES (Quality Environment Safety manual) addresses:
- Consulting and mentoring
- Policies
- Procedures
- Forms
- Systems
- Work Method Statements
The QES management system will define a company's procedures and certification to these standards:
- ISO 9001- Quality Assurance
- ISO 14001- Environmental Management
- AS 4801- Occupational Health & Safety
The TSA third party certification process is designed to be attainable by small and large organisations. As the business develops more detailed procedures can be added in line with the company's growth.
With third party certification now within the reach of small businesses, the small business owner can more effectively compete with much larger organisations.
