Payment for a Work Method Statement (WMS) , Pre-Qualified Contractor Manual and Quality assurance & Environmental System (QES) or other proprietary system is purchasing an annually renewable licence to use the system. It does not entitle the user to own, sublet, allow others to use, to copy or reproduce without the express written permission of the copyright holder. The user agrees that any breach of these conditions provides authority to the copyright to recover costs and reasonable loss of earnings from the user and the copyright holder is permitted to deny access to the systems by the user without any refund or reimbursement for remaining time on any annual subscription.
