The Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS)
in today's busy world it is difficult enough to comply with all of our Legislative requirements but to make it worse? Where do we find out which are our obligations then HOW can we comply. The OHSMS has been professionally written to guide Principal Contractors, Employers and Self Employed Persons in meeting their obligations. The System has been written and reviewed by accredited providers of training in Workplace Health & Safety, Workplace Health & Safety Officers and TSA (OHS) Auditors.
The OHSMS summarises in a corporate manual the requirements prescribed to comply with AS 4801 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems. The manual has been developed with individual units available for different industries e.g. Construction, Leisure Industries and Property Management to name a few. The manual includes OHS Policy Statements and outlines how compliance with Legislation is achieved. In essence the manual summarises in one quick point of reference (CD-ROM) the requirements for OHS from:
- Various occupation Health and Safety Legislation
- Codes of Practice
- References to Australian Standards
The manual outlines all procedures necessary to achieve compliance. The Certification available upon implementation of this System provides the OHSMS requirements for providing construction services to the various state Government.
Once you have decided to proceed we conduct an interview to find out how you do your business and how responsibilities are allocated within your organisation. We tailor the manual to your systems and tie the system into any Q.A. System you have in place. A desktop review of our system by a TSA (OHS) Auditor has determined that if the system is implemented in accordance with training that we provide and you practice the outlined procedures then you will achieve certification to AS 4801.

Payment is staged as follows:
- A deposit is required with your written order
- A further payment is required upon delivery of the OHSMS
